This time, Pacquiao ditched the Holy Mass in favor of the Christian Service (kuno) ng mga Pastors. Subsequently, not only Pacquiao trashed the wearing of the Holy Rosary, but also trashed the Sign of the Cross. Not only that, in the interviews, Pacquiao always answer as if his past vices were connected of his being a Catholic. In totality, of course I don't blame Pacquiao, but the wolves surrounding him.

used to make the sign of the cross on the ring before the fight would start and
he does not do it anymore now. It is so sad. I don't know why he left the
catholic church and I have wondered why mommy D did not stop his son when she
is very devoted to catholicism. If he had not left the church, manny would have
become a great catholic apologist or defender like Jimmy Akins, Karl Keating,
or Jesse Romero. If his reason to leave the church was to spread the word of
God, he could have done so while staying as a catholic. Let us pray for him to
come back to the true faith. For me, I don't consider his being born-again is
the reason why he lost. It has nothing to do with it. As I have previously
stated, God must have a good reason why He did not let manny win.

instrument catholics use to pray. This is not a basis on how faithful a man is
to his religion. Let's just look at it this way. JMM and PAC both were
catholics in their second fight correct? and JMM was as faithful as PAC. But,
why did PAC win the fight? Does God give favors? Not that im an atheist or
something but its so wrong when you would say that its because PAC joined
another religion. His religion is still christian you know. He still believes

phrase "no religion can save us" is not catholic. But I don't bash
you for saying that. For catholics, religion is important and the only religion
that can help attain salvation is the catholic church. It is because this is
the only church established by Christ on Peter and whose teaching was passed on
to his apostles who also passed the teaching onto the priests today. For faith
to be strong, it must be accompanied by good works because Faith without works
is Dead, and the bible says so.

timmy, no one is disputing that Jesus is the only way. He is the only way to
the Father but mary is the way to her Son Jesus. Who says so that Mary's
motherhood is gone. Mary's motherhood to Jesus since birth until their
ascension to heaven is never gone. She is the queen of all saints in
heaven and a very close to her divine Son. At sinong nagsabi na Soul si mary sa
heaven... Im sorry Timmy. Mary was taken up into heaven both body and soul.
Also, there is nothing wrong to ask saints to intercede for us because intercession
does not replace Christ being the mediator. If you follow the principle that it
is wrong to ask someone to pray for whom, why do you need your pastors to pray
for you? So is it wrong to ask a friend or anyone you know to pray for you in
case you can not attend to your church's mass? If someone close to you to pray
for you, will you refuse him? God says in the bible that supplications,
prayers, shall be made for everyone.
